Implementation of Canada’s proposed “Firearms Marking Regulations”, which were most recently slated to come into force on December 1, 2023, as been delayed once again. The new effective date is now set for December 1, 2025.
As we have said previously, this is good news for the Canadian firearm collector community. Borderview continues to monitor pertinent rule changes and advocate on behalf of our customers.
